in the world one didn't have to worry about. <p>Now McVitie has decided to use packets that do not stand up <em>and</em> there's only 17 biscuits. </p><p>Maybe oat or wheat prices have gone up or class="message_body"> Well I don't know if reducing quantity whilst increasing price qualifies as <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Value_engineering">value engineering</a>? Maybe the shitty packaging is a cheaper material, but there's no indicating of the actual biscuits changing, and there's no presentation of additional function. Presumably whoever he got his material from, or whoever he pays to churn it out now, considers hobnobs an easy shorthand for crumbly biscuits.
