At least your company has given you a payrise, which by all means is absolutely the right thing.
My company has loaded the responsibilities gradually in the space of 12 months and I'm doing double the amount of work I should be doing with a little nm wage and they won't even consider pay rise. I have made a lot of money for them and improved things in-house instead of a hired agency which would charge thousands and thousands of pounds. Joys of worknig for a private company!
Time to look for work elsewhere. You can also try to get a meeting where you point out all these things, ideally backed with actual figures. But if they won't budge then leave 'em to it.
