I've still to perfect the recipe, but it usually involves smushing it up with onions, an Oxo cube disolved in boiling water and some red wine, adding some tomato purée to thicken, and letting it reduce down.

She was just crazy for hot black pudding.

when did black pudding get large sized?
I was about to buy some burgers in Tesco when I looked closer and saw they were actually black pudding - but cut and shaped about the same size as the burgers I was looking for!
