Mostly been messing with some ESP8266s msg:41688.1
Waiting for some RGB leds to arrive so I can play with those.
Recently started a new job so been getting used to all that.

Definitely need to get a few RGB strips to at the very least do an ambilight type TV thing.

I have about 20 metres of rgb strip (not addressable stuff, though).
Had a great idea but the controllers for them still haven't turned up. Doubt I'll ever be seeing them tbh.

Yup. Can be split every few leds though, and controlled via [whatever device]. Eats up pins pretty quick for big projects though!

I read recently that image was taken 'upside down' and flipped through 180 degrees to make it more appealing to our Mercator influenced prejudices about how the world /should/ look.
