there is a fair amount of chatter, even on the minecraft official forums, that Notch is too busy with his millions these days to bother too much sorting the server issues out properly
Aye, there would be though.
Or possibly, he just doesn't know how to. :/
Having a good game idea, maybe even being a half-decent game developer doesn't mean you know how to write a scalable web-based authentication system. (which isn't hard, but it is a different set of knowledge).
Although I thought they had hired a guy just to do website stuff, but again - if it's been this long - maybe that guy isn't any good at it either. :/
Because I need to:
1) Touch the keys and feel them being pressed.
2) See the screen without it being obscured.
3) Be able to type on something sensibly laid out and appropriately spaced with a proper layout and not have to switch between different bloody modes to type numbers or symbols.
So I can type at a decent speed.
That can be achieved with onscreen. :C
No it can't.
I've tried onscreen keyboards, many times.
They're impossible to type as quickly on, they block what I'm trying to see, and they're crap.
(And don't even think of mentioning that silly Swype shit!)
