Aye, seconded by me: if the time commitment and the complexities of the Malham Meat are making it difficult, then let's consider a good old-fashioned York one.
I can put up a couple of tents in the backyard of Manthorp Mansions for the die-hards.

I suspect that the hat shop was only open for Christmas consumers last time. The only late night shopping I reckon you'll do there in summer will be with the help of a brick.
