In the left pane, each folder has a "View moderators" option - looks a bit like a duck, but it's a key with a green arrow.

It brings up a list of global admins ("Forum leaders") as well as folder-specific moderators.

Yeah, I always wondered about the Forum Leaders thing. I mean, I'm quite intrigued as to why it should need a PM from an old and distinguished member to do......whatever.
