Just quickly looking it seems you can't clear the cache server side. Could you, or do you currently, use something like this in your code?

It's the JavaScript files that are cached, not the PHP. Annoyingly most browsers ignore cache control for JavaScript and CSS files. They do it on purpose, just to annoy me I reckon.
