I've still to perfect the recipe, but it usually involves smushing it up with onions, an Oxo cube disolved in boiling water and some red wine, adding some tomato purée to thicken, and letting it reduce down. Kenny

Doesn't help that Claire is massively ematophobic so any vomiting is all mine to deal with and Ewan won't get anywhere near her for the day.
