I suspect it'd be all very interesting for a while, but then, if you're familiar with your Dick, it'd go all pear-shaped and leave you fighting for your life and questioning reality and all that.
I don't know about insane. It's more that he's incapable of answering a direct question with a clear answer. He's just another one of those people that rambles on about something, with plenty of diversions via irrelevant half-sentences, and expects everyone else to understand. They seem to come through here every now and then.
