True, we'll wait for you for Dinner (I need to find somewhere that takes corporate Amex ideally :/) or can save you some! Goodge street is probably walking distance even from here so is easy for me, be good to see you both, it's been too long!
Sounds good! Let's make it Goodge Street at around 6:40pm (I'm being optimistic..), we'll soak up some drinks & find a place for dinner before milko shows up?
haha, you can use the waiting time to find a corporate Amex-accepting place then. I would suggest Charlotte St nearby has enough tasty eating places that you should be able to find one. Nizuni is a nice Japanese place, dunno what cards it accepts. Roka is too, really nice in fact, but it's a lot pricey. Koba for Korean grub. Err. A host of boring things like Pizza Express. And many many many more.
Yay. Incidentally I'm still in the office and if tomorrow is as cacky as today (I'm shortly to go home and carry on with some work) then I'll be a bit late!
I felt positively sleepy throughout the whole section on Windows backup, does anyone actually use that, I mean it can't even back-up to tapes, good night out though, thoroughly enjoyed myself, definitely the highlight in an otherwise dull trip to London.
Its not looking good for me now as well. Exhaustion has finally caught up with me and I have been in bed for the last three days rather ill. As a consequence of this I have missed to much work before I go on holiday and now have to work on Saturday to get everything ready for the break.
If I can get away early I still need to be back home for 7pm which gives me a massive 3.5 hours at the meat which seems a little rushed for such a large amount of effort to get there.
who've we got? I'm due to be somewhere else by 7.30pm probably too, so if everyone's not going I end up wondering if it's worth making the effort! But 6 or 7 sounds just about worth it.
Yeah, that's what I was thinking - if any more drop out it's a fair bit of effort, for relatively few people, so would like to make sure people will actually be turning up.
Current attendance is the usual suspects...
