And you too!
Been busy as heck all day...

How about this evening sometime after 6pm (I finish at 6, so 6:30pm might be the earliest I can make) somewhere in Soho or near the usual meat-location ie near Goodge Street?

Alternatively!! If not today then tomorrow should be fine as well.

I've got no chance of making it anywhere tonight. And tomorrow it's somewhat possible, but at 7pm at the very very earliest.

well, you folks can start whenever you like of course, no point in standing about separately waiting for me to arrive before you say hello!

Tomorrow sounds good and after 7 isn't a problem do we want to get some food somewhere first maybe if Mr Milko is going to be late? I'll PM you my mobile number, probably hasn't changed since we last met up but it might be easier than co-ordinating on teh!

You effin' what. I have to trek all the way from Slough to central London and you're not even gonna save dinner for when I get there?! OUTRAGE.

My phone number's not changed either.

True, we'll wait for you for Dinner (I need to find somewhere that takes corporate Amex ideally :/) or can save you some! Goodge street is probably walking distance even from here so is easy for me, be good to see you both, it's been too long!

Sounds good! Let's make it Goodge Street at around 6:40pm (I'm being optimistic..), we'll soak up some drinks & find a place for dinner before milko shows up?

haha, you can use the waiting time to find a corporate Amex-accepting place then. I would suggest Charlotte St nearby has enough tasty eating places that you should be able to find one. Nizuni is a nice Japanese place, dunno what cards it accepts. Roka is too, really nice in fact, but it's a lot pricey. Koba for Korean grub. Err. A host of boring things like Pizza Express. And many many many more.

Yay. Incidentally I'm still in the office and if tomorrow is as cacky as today (I'm shortly to go home and carry on with some work) then I'll be a bit late!

I was surprised how fresh I felt this morning! But now I feel quite drowsy. Maybe some lunch will fix me.

I felt positively sleepy throughout the whole section on Windows backup, does anyone actually use that, I mean it can't even back-up to tapes, good night out though, thoroughly enjoyed myself, definitely the highlight in an otherwise dull trip to London.

I don't have much luck with it. I can't even get it to back up from one drive to the other. Pretty useless.

Its not looking good for me now as well. Exhaustion has finally caught up with me and I have been in bed for the last three days rather ill. As a consequence of this I have missed to much work before I go on holiday and now have to work on Saturday to get everything ready for the break.

If I can get away early I still need to be back home for 7pm which gives me a massive 3.5 hours at the meat which seems a little rushed for such a large amount of effort to get there.

lets see what happens eh? Meat after xmas anyone?

<feels pathetic>

Dropping like flies. :(

I'm still in if it's going to happen, but currently we've only got 6 or 7 people? :/

We definitely need to do a big spring meat!

who've we got? I'm due to be somewhere else by 7.30pm probably too, so if everyone's not going I end up wondering if it's worth making the effort! But 6 or 7 sounds just about worth it.
