The Thalmors may currently be in control of the Empire but they are not representative of what it stands for. The Stormcloaks on the other hand... Have you seen how non-humans are treated in Windhelm? Looks like there is something wrong with this computer. Again :'( Just tried the benchmark in Dirt 3 which was running soooper smooth before. Average was 34, min 18. Definitely not right.

Hopefully software rather than hardware, unless the dying PSU damaged something.

By the way, is there an NPC anywhere that can improve magical weapons? Apparently, I need a perk to let me do that, but I've got other things to spend my points on.

As Patch says it's no buggier than Ob or MW. It's just the nature of these sorts of games, so many variables.
