I could take a wild guess, and I will, 90% of the updates on them newspapers live blogs are from reading Twitter.

 

I'd rather curate that information myself.

If Twitter wasn't so utterly shit in every way, and I didn't have better things to do, sure.

Failing that, if there's any papers left with professional journalists, it'd be nice to read polished versions to get a general idea of things.

I don't really get why you think the UI is shit. It's just a stream of information. It's your responsibility to read into it what you think. How would you do it different?

I dislike reading polished version of things now, it's too easy and you rarely get the full picture.

Never had a shop in Leeds. I heard that there was a shooting in Chapeltown, Leeds, which sadly isn't unusual. Then a few "youths hanging around" but not really heard of anything major kicking off.

I do remember one time going with Koswix to Omars in Bradford where he tried to eat one of their "Notorious" naan breads on his own. Ended up wearing it as a cloak.
