I was playing almost from scratch the other day, since I lost a fuckton of diamond tools last time I played. It's actually quite fun to build your first little house again, working your way from wood to stone to iron to diamond again. Me and Keeley found one of my old shafts and continued it, finding over 50 diamonds in one day!

Also, I'm feeling more and more like agree with Paeter that having mobs would make it more interesting. I definitely think there should still be a 'creative area' where no mobs will spawn (or even walk into, if that's possible), but the idea of a survival multiplayer where people work together to build monster-proof dwellings and things is interesting me.

Also, yeah, 1.2 looks interesting. Tame cats scare away creepers which sounds fucking awesome. :D

I don't mind changing it to be whatever the consensus is and sending Jon (and anyone else) the current world if he or they want it.

I have recently (or not so recently) lost interest in playing, maybe a change will give me a bit more interest.
