Is anyone else having a problem with the nether? I can't seem to dig anything, it just pops right back into existence (not after a few seconds like when its lagging, but instantly.)
I need more glowstone!

When did it start doing this?
When was the last time it definitely worked successfully?
What mods/config were changed during that time?
Is there anything unusual looking in the logs?
