* I don't constantly empty and refill my hotkey slots, which I would have to.
* I also carry around useful things that do not go in chests, so again more annoying clicks, as well as the time wasted on the forced decision of whether I need all these X blocks down "here" or should take some back home for use elsewhere.
* Having to constantly go home every single time I have any valuable things at all is a pain in the arse, and results in more clicking because I'm not able to wait safely whilst I gather more valuable stuff. Placing 8 of something eight times takes far more clicks than placing 64 of something once.
* I don't want to keep sleeping and killing myself. It's incredibly depressing!
* We have midnight sun and can't sleep even if we want to.
When I say "do not go in chests" I mean "live full-time in my inventory, just like tools" - I always have a healthy square of mud, enough sand/gravel for dropping, ladders, signs, buckets, coal, torches, etc - stuff that I carry around for when I need it, so I don't have to traipse back to a chest.
I'd like several 'inventories' - like toolboxes maybe, I'd be ok with only carrying one at a time but I would like to be able to change quickly/easily from my mining kit to my building one, or a 'gardening' one
Who built the huge fucking trench that cut me off from my shit? And where is the entrance to the other side? I had a chest over there and now I have no idea where it is, and can't get over there because the stupid fucking game thinks I'm trying to fly! /fuck me/
