Ok, so I precisely calculated various key points, and worked out their position relative to the tmp_edencenter warp and have just jumped on the server and placed blocks to mark their positions.
(Pay no attention to position of torches, fences, or signposts)

I then decided to check what I'd done against the Dynamic Map thing, and.... uh... :S

First issue is that the center warp isn't actually central to the cleared area. That's not really a big one, though it does show that Xen's bed could have safely remained uncut.

Second problem is that I can't quite align things... I've tried enlarging the image to match the map, or shrinking the map to match the image, but in both cases they don't quite match up, but in different ways. :/

I'm thinking this is probably due to the isometric nature of the map, and we shouldn't worry about it, but it has made me slightly paranoid that I've mis-calculated some positions.

Anyway, yeah, I'm attaching the two different overlays I did, so people can have a look and see what they think.

Oh, and I found a nice helicopter shot that kinda shows the relief of things (i.e. the way the paths wind up the hill), which will be useful when those bits are done, so attaching that too.

Here's an idea of the main buildings and some of the paths overlaid on the map. Gonna need loads more room if you want all the extra paths I've cut off.

That involves re-doing all my measurements, along with not having north facing north, both of which would upset me. :(

Ah, yes, that's excellent. :D

It shows I did get a few of the points wrong, but mostly they're all ok, and I didn't need to do any resizing, just a simple 90° rotate. :)

Ok, the two biomes now have actual outlines! YAY!

Currently the entire outlines are at ground level - however, the backs of both biomes is actually above ground, and the tropical one (large one on left) actually goes up the slope from the front as well.

Need to work out the best way to handle the slopes (in terms of working out how steep they are and stuff).

If anyone feels like doing something... well the link building needs a wooden floor. :)

I've done a rough outline already... although I may have done the front bit wrong... I think it might actually be flat and the path goes further forward (but is hidden by the shade bit), but I've not been able to find any images of that bit to check either way.

And if anyone feels like continuing the flat paths, or maybe doing the icerink/arena (underpants), or whatever then go ahead - not planning to do any more myself tonight.

Is the wood planks you've laid the outline for the floor of the link building?

Cool. I found a picture suggesting I got the front bit wrong though. :(

It's more of a flattened W than the current squashed V, but then that's just a cartoony picture so want to find a photo to see what it's actually like.
