one of the biggest problems with lego is you never have enough bits
I always had more in my head than I could build with limited parts

fuck fuck fuck
in the games folder

fuck fuck fuck. I had the whole folder on ignore for this very reason. Then I noticed a couple of interesting threads when I was reading while not logged in. So I took the thread off ignore...and this is what happens! (fail)
I suspect you'd enjoy it if you tried it. And I suspect you suspect that too.

I rather suspect that I'd waste a fair amount of time, achieve little, and get thoroughly bored, TBH. Overall, I far prefer masturbation as a way of passing the time, if it must be passed.

(oh, and I'm with you on phone threads)

:D

Of course masturbation is always preferable but there's only so much you can do without getting sore.

I'd deffffinately rather spend my time doing nothing in a game than watching TV (etc.) though. At least it's an active nothing.

For some reason I really like making homes within a cliff face. I'm going to try and make my own Rocamadour.

Roses are bollocks, Violets are crud, I hate bloody flowers, And much prefer mud.

I wonder if I'm the only one who tries to scroll around images like that with my mouse (as if I were playing)

As long as it's held up by one thin column of rock, you'll be fine.

Sand and gravel both require blocks underneath them, else they fall.

Everything else can be stuck onto a wall/floor/ceiling and they'll stay there (even if the block is then removed).

(Of course, water and lava will flow downwards, if there's no block below, but the source block stays in place.)

Actually, there's a few more exceptions - organic blocks (leaves, cactus, canes, etc) have special rules about how they can be placed, or if they'll stay in place.

Ooh, ok. I can't say I'd noticed before, I only got around to very basic building in Minecraft :-$

I keep restarting, I tend to think I want a particular world with plenty of hills and mountains and stuff... I should stop being picky and just get on with something.
