Any ideas on this?

I get an error on a windows 2003 server but it works ok on a Windows 2000 machine on IIS.

The query is this

strsql = "SELECT Staff_Info.[HR ID], Staff_Info.Forename, Staff_Info.Surname, Staff_Info.[Start Date], Staff_Info.[Present Depot], DateDiff('yyyy', [Start Date], Now()) AS Expr1, Staff_Info.[Finish Date] FROM Staff_Info WHERE (((Staff_Info.[Finish Date]) Is Null)) ORDER BY DateDiff('yyyy', [Start Date], Now()) DESC;"

And the error I get is

Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80040e07'

Data type mismatch in criteria expression.

/staff/25_year_due.asp, line 97

Why would it work on one and not the other? It's an Access database but it's strange it works on the windows 2000 machine

Any ideas anyone

Thanks Kriv, Just checked and it's running the latest version from Microsoft's Site.

It used to work, just no idea why it's stopped and why it runs on a 2k machine fine?

Found the problem, the staff member had inserted someones start date as 27th February 2006, instead of 27/02/2006.

Will need to change those date fields to be a select from pop up calendar !

Thanks
