I can go back through our helpdesk logs for a week and post some of the problems up? Not sure exactly how it'll help though, the important thing is knowing about Windows and other software, apps, networking and hardware stuff rather than looking at individual problems.
In fact, here's a selection from the last week or so. I've removed all of the basic "Reset my password please" ones.
1) Enable network port 3021
2) User can't save files on the share drive. Claims files are read only, colleagues can save files with no problems
3) A3 Printer on third floor is creasing pages as they print.
4) New user needs setting up on Lotus Notes
5) WVDC Address book not showing up in Notes for a particular user
6) PC won't boot. Complains about missing NTLDR file.
7) Upgrade memory of all Benefits PCs to 512MB and re-audit
8) Install Colour Business Inkjet drivers onto users PC
9) Swap 2 PCs over.
