Sorry it took a while to process your post, most new users we get nowadays are spam and I forgot to check the queue. 

do you have the error log the message mentions?

no logs that i can see, just a error due to after the install.. also is this going get updated to 7.3??

"no logs that i can see" - where are you looking?

To get error reports output to browser, edit config.inc.php and change $error_report_verbose to true.

(Alternatively, if you have a working mail server setup, you can configure the email settings in the config file and you'll get the report via email.)
