Not sure what they'll replace it with, presumably one of these would be standard issue:

It has received more attention - it's on BuzzFeed, which that blog references but fails to directly state it as a source.

A walled garden is bad enough, but what's a great deal more worrying is their plans to force everyone to use a single Tory-controlled identity across all websites, so they can tie together everything you do without any of those pesky warrants required by Google and Facebook. (Page 81, third paragraph.)
