Can't remember. May have imagined the whole thing. Think he broke it or something.

Ps. Am I the first person to have got two right in a single year, btw?

Carter only clung on by his fingernails, too.

Right, before anyone else dies:

John Hurt - It'll hurt
Bruce Forsyth - Bruce is for the scythe
Prince Phillip - I have no witty comment here, I just hope the unpleasant old git chooses this year to make rude comments to Saint Peter and isn't allowed past the pearly gates as a result.

I think Brady got all three right one year.

Phillip has the cabinet briefings on Saint Peter, and I doubt he will encounter any difficulties from that monstrous carbuncle.

William Shatner
Harry Knowles
George Lucas

Can't think of causes, except maybe for George Lucas - Auto-erotic Asphyxiation involving a Jar Jar Bink's life size doll whilst holding a report on how much Disney have made from Star Wars.

But Lucasfilm was still sold for over $4 billion.

Disney have already made 10 billion from it.

I appreciate what she did for puppetry n'that but I never liked Thunderbirds.

Terrahawks was where it was at in the 80s. That was another Gerry Anderson gig.

"an elite task force that protects Earth from alien invasion"

Well that fucking failed, didn't it :-{) . The great thing about Thunderbirds is that it was the direct inspiration for Team America World Police. Plus it was just great anyway. When I was a little kid I ate it up.

It's the Bond wossname isn't it? Whatever you see first you kinda latch onto sentimetally, even if it's subtle. I saw Terrahawks as a kid and now I still prefer that. Roger Moore was the first Bond I saw and I still prefer his films to the others.

The first Bonds I saw were Connery but OTW I think Moore's were the best (and both Brosnan and Craig were excellent). I might not have even seen Terrahawks.
