He's resigned now. I DRGAS either, except this is all somewhat related to my profession so I have to have a little interest really. I wonder what dirt was on the way out to make him quit so soon after refusing to go?
Anyway, I'm hoping this is excellent trolling and that he comes back in the new election that he's said he won't be coming back in. I don't believe anything will significantly change so might as well go for comedy evil instead.
