Kinda tempted by Beseige

I've lost a couple of hours or three to Beseige. Well worth a fiver, looking forward to seeing how they expand it.

There's not a lot of actual directed game here (yet, anyway) but yeah it's a fun toy for a fiver and if they do keep adding things it's not going to get any cheaper for a while.

Speaking of Steam reminded of the story that Valve are releasing, for free, the new Source 2 engine. Someone posted on that story this link to a Half Life 3 confirmed worker-outer. S'funny.

Free to play with. If you publish something and it sells, you have to fork over a % of the gross.

So I got the DI "collection" (DI, DI-Riptide and some fairly worthless-looking DLC) all for less than 10 bucks, installed it last night and maybe I'll get a chance to take 'er out for a test drive later.

I'm playing dead Island. Mindless zombie bashing fun. I'm having a great time. You can also play with friends which is also fun.

I have another game by techland, Call of Juarez. Hoping the DI graphics are at least as good. I'm a sucker for video game trailers.

I've seen that one on sale before I think. I'll pay attention next time I see it.

This doesn't look too terrible. well actually, it does...

I've got the Gunfighter release. The arcade part is fun, though repetitive. In the last, and hardest arcade level, you stand at the bottom of a canyon while about 50 guys are on the rim pouring lead at you. Most of the others are more interesting. The main game and duelling parts are kind of lame. Great graphics though. Probably not worth >$10-15 imo.

Didn't try 12, but some other numbers I plugged in came back with minus numbers, as you say promulgating the likelihood of Half Life -3. :/

I'm sure yesterday I had a couple say "x-y=-3. HL3 confirmed."

And I killed the first DI zombies, with a canoe paddle and a piece of pipe. At first I wasn't too keen on the story, but I'm starting to get into it. And the graphics are awesome.

There's a deal on Dead Island at the moment, the franchise pack for £6.somethingorother.

Plus a load of other WB games. It's worth checking out the Batman ones for a couple of quid if you've not already.

I think I already got the full DI pack and still working my way through the first release, which is fucking awesome. Batman does look tempting.

Dead Island's a bit wank.

Lego Lord of the Rings is a *lot* of game for the money.
