Ain't been around much recently too much work and I broke my ankle so been moping around mostly. but all is good now.

Anyhoo

I need some simple software or code to act as a basic file drop and pickup for our site. I would like to use local NTFS permissions and I have a cert on the page already. IIS only offers basic directory browsing out of the box with windows authentication but I  need code or software to offer uploading.

Any ideas what I can use? free is best or pay if need be.

FTP?  Throw Wordpress somewhere and use a plugin?

That's way too heavy for our needs and no FTP won't do as some companies we work with won't let FTP though their firewall (banks, government etc.)
