Password Managers

I have used lastpass for ages, but I think I'd like to use something that I have control over.  Is there an open source pw manager that would let me run it on my server and that would also offer an app for android and chrome?

Keypass and Keypassdroid.

On the desktop, you can get addons for Firefox and Chrome to allow them to use Keypass as their password store.
