Major Update-me-do

When using full mode on my tablet earlier, I noticed I couldn't paste into a post and the tool bar didn't work. Can't remember what browser (I use Firefox and the standard android browser), but will have a play later (m,j) and see if I can reproduce it.

That's just a CSS error and I'd be very surprised if that is causing your problems.

Have you tried going to Yellow yourself?

I've changed the colour/style and it's working. If I go back to Yellow it's broken.

I'm sure I fixed this last night. You should be able to go back to Yellow now, probably cache clear-me-do though otherwise you will have the old broken CSS.

Spoilers don't seem to be working - see the Skyfall thread. Clicking the spoiler reveals either "[Object MSSelection]" or "[Object Selection]" in IE9. Also, once you've spoiler-ed something, you can't go in and edit it.

For some reason, I'm getting completely blank pages when I try to look at Teh Forum in Firefox. Don't know if that's my problem or yours.

[object MSSelection]

[object MSSelection] here in Firefox for that spoiler.

I will have a look at the spoiler thing this evening (the same problem probably affects the code and quote too, can you check those too?)

Firefox is working here, presumably the blank pages is going to be you (or something between you and Teh) that is caching something in a broken state?

I thought you were making some sort of nerd joke when I first saw it.

In the Skyfall thread, Kenny's spoiler comes up as [object MSSelection] whereas my spoiler in reply comes up as [object Selection]. Mine was posted from IE8/W7 if that helps.

I was, it just didn't turn out as I anticipated. The spoiler was "YesNoMaybe".

This should be fixed now. The clearing of caches is obligatory.

Spoiler should also be readable in the editor too.

Threads I post in aren't being marked as high interest. I have to mark them manually.

I've unticked and reticked the box in My Controls. No change.

Same for me. Assumed it was just my cache again so didn't mention it.

They seem (I may be wrong) to mark as high interest if I use the full reply thing but not if I use quick reply (will test that here).

Hmm?

Yeah, first one was quick reply and resulted in no high interest. Second one was full reply and that marked it as high interest.

Could be cache, never seem to be able to clear it properly.

The Yellow theme doesn't work on one of the computers I use (or certainly didn't the last time I tried) even though I've clearly the cache a few times.

Yep, high interest from full reply. Just quick reply doesn't give high interest.

That's why it's quick.

It's like drive-by greetings*, they're quick and show no real interest.

* a quick 'hello' as you pass someone's office and you're half-way up the corridor before they realise

I thought you were replying to Xen, there. I was going to point out that he wouldn't know what it was like to be in an office, never mind actually talking to someone in one.
