So when you're next at home, put the Tor bundle onto a USB drive, and then use that at work and you can probably bypass all the websense and over-caching crap.

Would that really be a sackable offence? As opposed to just a warning?

So long as he's not actively avoiding work (i.e. only using it during breaks/downtime), which I presume is the case anyway, it's not really doing any harm?
