How do I fix it? :(

That will just result in me wasting time and not producing anything useful. :(

I need something to make my brain activate the smart bits of itself.

It hasn't been producing at all! I'd be fine giving it a break if it was overworked, but it's not - five days of being useless is too many!

I don't know if you're missing the point or if I am, but I'm gonna spend some time doing pictures for a bit and not worry about other stupid stuff for a while.

Are you cracking open a new box o' crayolas?

Digital pictures.

Photographs, mainly, but I don't constrain myself to producing images that would be classified as such.

I'd like to see you express yourself in a drawing/colouring that's nothing to do with any digital medium.

Get some charcoal and do some drawing lad.

I gave my daughters an old sketch pad with a few of my 1994 scribblings. According to my eldest (aged 6), my work was beautiful and should be in a gallery. According to her father, her standards are low. But she's very sweet.

Was '94 a particularly good year for your work?

The only thing I drew in '94 was a drill bit as part of an art project at school.

Yes, it was an excellent year for my artwork. It was when I stopped!

Ah, clever - you're sure to see a rise in value because of that.

At college I toyed with the idea of faking my own death to increase the value of my work, going to live in the Caribbean somewhere and slowly release paintings to market that had hitherto been undiscovered. They would have been 'discovered' in lofts and greenhouses all over Yorkshire.

Only problem is that I wasn't that good and wasn't selling anything anyway. :C

My drawing sucks.

David Hockney's drawings suck, it doesn't stop him.

Are you suggesting I draw some shit scene then make up some pretentious meaning for it, then everyone will love me?

No, but he may be suggesting that you just draw some shit scene then make up some pretentious meaning for it.

What would be the point in that?

Broaden your horizons, perhaps?
