I don't think it was signed by them, I think it's just a massed produced item. They are thanking me, but I never did anything so I don't know what for!

I googled Mouse's 'Autopen' and found that the extension to the patriot act was signed by such a machine while Obama was in France

the general view seem to be that he authorised it's use and was fully informed throughout, just that the previous legislation was due to expire at midnight and needs must
