CSS extension

Quite a nice idea, that. It's a shame that the examples they made actually have MORE code... seems a bit silly. But obviously on larger CSS files you could imagine its use.

 

Me likes, me thinks. Shame it's only Ruby.

Every developer should have Ruby installed*. It's the new Perl.

*and on Windows, it should be the Cygwin version

There's similar in other languages.

I've seen at least two others, one was Java, the other was something else.

Does seem to be a good idea, but currently the only places I work with CSS complicated enough to benefit is at work, and I suspect I'd get resistance to this sort of thing, since nobody else even knows CSS properly, nevermind a random non-standardised extension. :(
