Teh craps out on Safari

Last couple of days I've had the following warning on Safari 3 (at home)
quote:
Safari can’t open the page.

Too many redirects occurred trying to open “http://www.tehforum.co.uk/forum/”. This might occur if you open a page that is redirected to open another page which then is redirected to open the original page.

Teh works fine on IE6 (at work) though :/

Sounds like it's not accepting a cookie to me.

OK, thanks I'll look into that. Only just happened in the last couple of days and I don't recall changing any settings, but there you go.

No, can't find any (obvious) cookie-related changes. I even set Safari to accept cookies from any site without avail.

God, I'm reduced to using Firefox (with its butt-ugly UI) here at home :( :( :(

Everything seems to work for me, can you try deleting the cookies for tehforum.co.uk and see if that helps?

Hey Matt, I didn't even have to do that. I'd accidentally closed Safari (which I'd kept going with a few tabs open for the last couple of weeks) and now it's fine. This post is from Safari (heart)

No more Direfox for meeeeee!!!! WOOT (dance)

So you only just decided to restart Safari at this point of things not working?

Surely the first thing to try is restart (fail)

It'd worked fine for days on end (well over a week).

Plus it had windows open that I was using.

And, also, while I think of it .... :-$
