Bugger. That didn't last long. Hope you get it back and it's still working. I've almost lost my quad loads of times but so far I've managed to get it back, and the time I landed in the sink there was no water in there (phew)
One thing I find hard (NJ) with my quad (NJ), due to the size (NJ), is determining which way it's facing so when it starts going up too high (NJ) or too far away I find it hard (NJ) bringing it back, and the LEDs on the corners aren't much use in bright light outside.
Mine has white and black blades. I bought some replacements which are green and black but not used them yet. It's ok inside, not so much outside although flying in the dark with the LEDs is fun.
This is why I haven't gone that route yet - I love my GoPro and I'd love to attach it to a Quad but while I can afford to buy a Quad I can only afford to buy it once and I can't afford to lose it and my camera!
I drove back by myself and had to come home to get help. I'm nervous because it's fucking deep and I know people who have drowned there. If I can pay someone to rescue it I will/would do that. But it will be rescued before the end of the day, one way or the other.
If it wasn't so deep I'd have gotten it when it went in!
Trying to call someone who is on the swim team or a lifeguard. A friend and I both walked in and it's fucking freezing. If I can't find someone who wants to make some money it will stay there I guess.
