Those have always been there, they used to be bottom left where the rating stuff is.

I plan to add total scores for everyone in their profile and a break down of how many positive and negative votes you've cast. Not sure about revealing which posts you've down voted though, not sure I would want to know that either.

Yes, but also the opposite, showing the ratio of your up to down votes that you've inflicted on other people. Then we'll know if you're a miserable git who gets some kick out of only down voting everything.

At least your company has given you a payrise, which by all means is absolutely the right thing.
My company has loaded the responsibilities gradually in the space of 12 months and I'm doing double the amount of work I should be doing with a little nm wage and they won't even consider pay rise. I have made a lot of money for them and improved things in-house instead of a hired agency which would charge thousands and thousands of pounds. Joys of worknig for a private company!

Time to look for work elsewhere. You can also try to get a meeting where you point out all these things, ideally backed with actual figures. But if they won't budge then leave 'em to it.
