Tools>Addons then click enable buttons?

or do the opposite of what you did to turn them off

That page doesn't load properly, and the shift when starting up thing only let's me disable them again.

WTF have you done to it?!

Um, maybe create a new profile? Dunno how easy it'd then be to sync settings from the old one; depends how they're stored.

Maybe run some malware scanners too, in case you've caught something dodgy?

So you're running it in safe mode? If so, stop, that's just a quick way to check whether it's likely to be addons.

Or are you saying you can't get to tools>addons in normal mode?

If you can't then it sounds dodgy, yeah. Easiest to just make a new profile (especially if you have syncing on, though be careful what it syncs). Or use Chrome.

If you can then just disable all the plugins and extensions and enable them one by one.

How did you make it run in safe mode? Did you alter the shortcut?

Are you sure Firefox is shutting down when you close it? If there are any firefox.exe processes in task manager it will keep using the same loaded (safe-mode) profile.

Yup, just double checked.

Firefox shortcut doesn't have -safe-mode on it, does it?

I reckon, bite the bullet (backup) and delete your Firefox profile.

It's pinned to the taskbar so don't think so. Fine, I'll backup and delete, but I want it noted that this is all Lucy's fault :@
