The hole was all dug. I think I used about 5 or 6 TNTs which really didn't make much impact. If you look in the hole at the stair/pyramid shape the first screenshots are under that so removing 1 layer of blocks will open the whole thing right up.

I did get bored of the hole and started playing around with other stuff in between digs. Had 9 buckets of lava at a time to do all that and only killed myself once :)

Are you going to do anything with the massive hole?

The first screenshots are from inside it, still working on it slowly.

I keep raiding your hole from time to time, there's a lot of redstone and iron ore goodness in there. I've also dug the odd trench. (nod)

Dig away as much as you can, it's taken weeks to get to where it is so every little helps :)

I've done a bit on the north side - taken a bit down to the bed rock, it's kinda theraputic just digging away late at night.

Yay, thank you. Can't wait to finish it. Coming up to half way soon I think. I don't mind digging away at it for a bit for it was getting very boring just doing that every time I was on there - needed a break to do something else and lava was a fun pastime.

you think he updates the map every time someone makes a new track?

No, but I'm guessing if we ask or suggest then he will.

It would be if the bugger worked. I need to fill in the space underneath it with sand, because I think it needs more contrast. But Deus Ex has got me at the moment.

I've not got around to scanning it yet. Where's it go?

Yes! Finally got my delay circuit working. The only problem is that it takes up loads of room, so I'm going to have to work on how to arrange it to get it nicely hidden. At least the mechanics are in place though, a button press retracts the piston, which stays retracted for a short while before extending again. Now to make my quiz- based death trap :)

Aye, monostable circuits take the piss with how much room they occupy.

Quiz based death trap is an awesome idea :D I guess: multiple doors for answers?
