It can, but it takes about 30 seconds to do so. It very quickly becomes tiresome, plus it wears out your tools something fierce.

There is some nice things built that I didn't know about before. Decided to walk around most of the time tonight and saw a bunch of cool stuff!

It's the Epcot Ball and inside is a ride called spaceship earth.
