Yeah, sorry about that, had to go see a man about getting a new car for the missus as her old one passed its MOT but with 2 pages of advisaries!

I suspect his devious plan is to sell it as a car with a fresh MOT, not mentioning the adviseries, and thus make more money than otherwise.

 

And whilst not the best excuse for not coming, it is better than other lightweights who dropped out last thing.

It was actually oddly nice that several random strangers started talking to each other on the train about it. Pity people aren't more like that on regular journeys.

While one or two of their tracks may have a bit of a Queen influence,  I don't think I've heard anyone suggest they're Queen-wannabes before. Each to their own I guess :)

Meh. Can't actually remember anything of theirs myself, which at least means they're not a terrible engineered-to-be-catchy band, but also that they don't do anything for me.
