Bah, what sort of an Anarchist are you? :@

Besides, I'm pretty sure Xen has at some point said I'm welcome any time, and he didn't say I couldn't bring friends, so that counts as an invite for me. :C

Do you see The Midland Meat at the top of this thread? No you do not. I will attend when you plan one. Otherwise shut up. Oh, apart from the bit where you confirm your attendance to this meat.

Someone should plan a Midlands meet, save me going too far and I could bring Pork pie from Ye Olde Melton Town.

Not me though, I don't have my own house or anything, so I wouldn't know where people could stay.

The idea of Melton Mowbray Pork Pies makes a Midland Meat slightly more appealing. You and Moorcock should chat.

quote:
He said "my eyes are fucking blue, not black".

I don't even know what that means, which probably makes me hopelessly naive. I'm guessing it's some kind of racist generalisation but how that relates to Sega and Sony I have no idea. And I don't even have the excuse of a badgering word filter.

I think it's a saying reserved specifically for the gypsey classes.

Yes + Amy. York gets our vote too as it's an hour on public transport instead of two. And public transport... is full of the public.

Ew.

RIGHT!
I've now got tickets to York - we're getting in about 2ish, and will see y'all, as is traditional, in The Maltings. Sound good? Of course it does. Unless they chuck us out for bad language or they don't have amusingly-titled beers or something.

It's now a no. Somehow that weekend has become the busiest weekend I'm going to have in a long while. It's a few friends birthdays around then and we're Go-Karting on the saturday. The sunday I have a clash too, I'm supposed to be doing the Manchester 10K and there's also a TKD comp in Cardiff. Oh, my cousins sons christening is on the sunday too. Busy.

Gah, will need to see what train tickets are like on pay day. I've eaten, drunk, inhaled or otherwise consumed 400 quid in the last 5 days :-|
