There were cretins outside my local game waiting for the MW2 release. They had survival blankets and shitloads of food, and numbered about 5 in total. It open at MIDNIGHT. Massive fail.

You'd have thought in the spirit of the release they ought to have stormed the shop at 11pm with flash grenades and a hail of less-accurate-gunfire-than-they-would-care-to-admit-to.

I'm queuing up for my copy now. And by queuing up, I mean it's in my bit-torrent queue behind a couple of movies and a Counting Crows album.

 

And my central heating is on. Piracy is bliss.

There were about 150 or so at my local Gamestation for midnight, didn't see anyone else turn up after though.

And bloody hell is it good :D
