I've been invited to a party already that day. Looks like I'm letting them down gently as the Meats are the only reason I post on here.

I'm really struggling with the date to be honest. Anyone I'd normally turn up with is busy on the 19th.

Make them un-busy then. Or screw them and come on your own.
