VW Passat, from London > France > Switzerland (no, unfortunately I didn't meet Truffy) > Italy > Croatia > Romania, and then back on the fast route (Hungary, Austria, Germany, France, England). Had a look at the end - about 85 hours :'D (mind you, that includes a bit of driving in Romania).

Not yet.

Given that we're nearly there, I'm hoping the affiliate pot can instead be used as an opening balance for Teh club/society bank account, which I still intend to setup, (and therefor will be the starting point for next years hosting bill).

How much is in the affiliate pot, just out of nosiness?

I need to find out how much is in the Amazon one for the past year before he can answer this properly.

Excluding the Amazon one (as per milko), the TradeDoubler pot is £93. IIRC, none of that was from recent purchases - just checked, ten clicks but no purchases in past two months, and never any affiliate purchases on play-asia.com - so perhaps it's time for a "don't forget the affiliate links" post. :)

Can't remember, but I'll check tonight.
(if I haven't replied by 20:00 UTC/GMT (16:00 Quebec), feel free to poke me)

There were still a handful of outstanding potential donators, but I think the affiliate pot is enough to make up the difference (although as I mentioned it would be good to use that as a starting balance for Teh Bank Account when I manage to sort that out, which will therefor go towards next years costs).

So yeah, I'll check tonight how things are going and probably do another thermometer thing.

£427.26 / £492.99
