Thanks for all the well wishes. No operation needed at the moment, apparently it was 'good' break. Just a fair bit of pain, a foot that's no longer usable for 6 weeks, an ashen face and appologies all round. I'm a walter. :$

Where's the break on the fibula? Did you do in the ligaments/dislocate it? It was pretty swollen.

Quite high up the break, which is apparently a good thing. The ligaments and that are ok I think. They sort of pushed things back into line a bit when they put the first pot on which smarted a bit.

Ooooh, shit. He might be deserving of some sympathy after all.
