Are you still talking about IP addresses here? Parts being octets?

Beehive can already to partial matches on ban data, but the he certainly appears to have a static IP. The one time he got through it's quite possible he was using an anonymous proxy on another ISP, as he's tried since then with his usual known IP / ISP.

Since he's on a static address most times, could the account verification be limited to his address only?

(Assuming he is the reason it's been enabled)

If you just ban the first 1 or 2 octets of the IP address, you could end up blocking thousands of users who happen to use the same ISP.
