If I haven't heard otherwise by Thursday/Friday, I'll assume that to be the case and process the renewal and we can work out payments and stuff.

Yep. My intention is to see if I can setup a charity/community bank account and put them direct in that.
Going to check with my bank tomorrow to see if that's a: easy and b: free, and if so I'll do it that way, but if not I'll give people my regular bank details and keep a log of everything instead.

That's a good idea. Should be fairly easy to set up a treasurer account for that purpose. Should be either free or very cheap.

We should have a sticky donations thread, just so we can see how much people are sending and how much we need to go, It can be annonymous if possible if people are bothered about that, since not everyone has spare cash or can afford bugger all.

Now you're in charge (OMGWTF) there are some things you can see if they'll sort out because they seem to have ignored me and although they told Patch they'd done one of the things they haven't really.

 

#1. Our Plesk License key is apparently PLSK.00000000.0000, which I'm pretty certain is wrong as it doesn't let me do some of the things I'm sure I used to be able to do like have more than one physical mail box. Patch did have a go at getting this one sorted, but they seem to have ignored us both or told us fibs.

 

#2 Fix our RDNS again. It used to be mail.tehforum.co.uk, which I think was working fine for our AOL forumites. Unless I'm remembering things wrongly someone on AOL, might have been Mr. Sulkpot actually, expressed both shock and awe that a email notification had been successfully delivered to his inbox and about then was when the RDNS was set to mail.tehforum.co.uk.

 

So yeah.
