Hello,

I assume that quite a lot of us buy computer games and related items.

I've just noticed that Gamestation do an affiliate program with fairly decent percentages, which would almost certainly be worth registering for.

I'll be spending £140 ish with them later this week so do it quick!

Okay, remind me again this evening (about 6ish) and I'll have a proper look.

No matter; I've not left work yet, and I remembered I have to go shopping tonight, so it'll be closer to eight before I can look at it.

And I'll do the sensible thing and just mark this unread, so you don't need to remind me. :)

Hmmm, they're asking for my position... do you think using my officially appointed title of "Master Of Affiliate Things And That" would be acceptable? :D

Assbox.

GAME also do an affiliation program which you will probably want to look into at the same time.

Ok, have applied to both Gamestation and GAME.

Will post links if/when we're accepted. :)

I use Game quite a lot, and a quick glance at gamestation's prices seems to suggest that they're not particularly competitive on most things. If we set up one with Game, i'll contribute lots and lots and lots.

I'm sure that'd work, but I beleive that the correct answer is "69, dude!".

Balls, I've already bought SupCom from Play and pre-ordered C&C3 from them.

Idea.

Why doesn't someone add an Affiliate link by the logout button.

Was thinking a similar thing last night, but my idea was having little Play/GAME/etc icons somewhere... perhaps the navbar?

No, because then it would look too cluttered. Unless there could be a pick list defined on a per user basis.

How about at the bottom of the Forum Links dorpdown menu after a break line of "---------------" or something.

are you guys talking about something different to the affiliate links that are already on the forum links drop down menu ?
From: koswix14 Mar 2007 22:42
To: JonCooper 17 of 28
I think they're talking about putting them all together under a seperator on that list. Maybe.

ah cool, I can do / have done that now
(all the ones I know about anyway)
and I think one is dead now, but I don't remember which

Hmm - everything except the Project Beehive Home link appear to be under the seperator :|

Edit: Refresh seems to have fixed it!

Ebuyer one is 'dead' in the sense that the referral percent has dropped to something silly like 0.0001%, and it'll be completely closed down in May.

Still haven't received confirmation for GAME or Gamestation. :(
