Except I have 2.0 also. Hmmm, except checking for updates reveals that "Firefox 2.0rc3 is available"... even though "About" gives no indication of this being a beta/rc, and I could've sworn I had the latest/full release version, and even if it is an RC what are they doing adding new features to it since the whole point of an RC is to fix bugs not add features.
Bleh.

Maybe it is a bug.

Then it should have been picked up during the beta testing stage. :P

If you hadn't pointed it out I would have remained blissfully ignorant of my missing feature! :@

The searchbox is customisable. Mine's set to perform the search in a new tab so I just click in the box, type what I want, hit enter and a new tab pops up with the results. Much faster than anything else. Although I keep forgetting that you're on a laptop and mice are much faster to use than trackpads.

Plus, you're talking to PB, who is obsessed with shaving those half-seconds off whatever he's doing on a computer.

It's so he can get to the monkey porn faster.

It works at work where I do have the full 2.0

Although my test search seems to be taking for ever... before returning "You can only search once every 60 seconds. Please try again later." :S

Actually, the trackpad in OSX is probably faster than a mouse (if you have precision fingers like I do), but in Windows it's relatively slow and crappy compared to a mouse.

Unfortunately I have to go online in Windows as my PCMCIA adapter doesn't yet have OSX drivers (they're due in December though \o/)

I just edited my post in the Ambitious Moi! thread and when I applied it and then clicked Continue rather than taking me back to where I was, it took me back to the first entry of the Blend... (whatever it was) in the Idle chit chat thread.

Is this intentional or a little bug?

Might see if I can replicate it again.

edit: Tried - didn't happen that time - ummm.

edit again: After doing the above edit and clicking apply->continue, it took me back to the entry I had just entered/edited in the Ambitious? Moi! thread - ummm again. Lets see where we go when I apply this edit! ;-)

Looks like the lite version may be broken. I get the following when I try to view a thread (both in PocketIE and Firefox 2.0):

quote:
Unknown error [8] Undefined variable: onload_array

Unknown error in line 74 of file light.inc.php

Has the "Ban Controls" bit changed? I seem to remember it used to have four panels of stuff, and now it's just the list of IPs.

Yes. It shows all the ban data together on one panel instead of four.
