Well really, you'd hope they fill in their location, and you can work it out from there.

 

That said, the timezone IS in preferences, so I guess it could be displayed easily.

Well I don't mind it being in Location, but I think it would encourage more people to fill it in if it was seperate, except as you noted it's already a preference so maybe it could be put along the top bit, like under the name or something? (although that's then a Beehive issue rather than a Teh one)
